How to Return an Item

  1. Request Return Authorization and Shipping Label
    Request return authorization online or by calling us. You’ll then be able to print the return shipping label and authorization.
  2. Prepare Your Package
    Securely package the item with the return authorization inside, and attach the return shipping label.
  3. Ship Your Package
    Drop off your package at any UPS, USPS, or DHL location.

60-Day Return Policy

You may return or exchange a new, complete product within 60 days for any reason. Defective products are eligible for exchange only. Certain exclusions may apply.

Product Warranties

All products sold by Volcminer are generally covered by both our return policy and the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details can be found under the “Warranty” section on each product page.

Backorder Cancellation and Return Policy

Orders with both backordered and in-stock items may have backordered items canceled by request up to seven business days before their release date. Canceling backordered items may incur a 5% cancellation fee, deducted from the refund issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Money orders are non-refundable and will be issued as store credit.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Items like pre-cut wires, software, digital content, and custom products are non-refundable.
  • Product Condition: Returned products must be new, unused, and uninstalled to avoid restocking fees. Conditions that may result in refused returns or fees include:

    • Missing tags or stickers
    • Missing parts or damaged packaging
